If this occurred, please call 1-877-220-1541 (Monday - Friday 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT or Saturday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PT) and advise the Customer Care Representative that you would like to verify your identity. It should only take 5 minutes.
