FICO® Score Changes
There are various reasons why your FICO Score may have gone up or down.
You can view the factors that go into your FICO Score here.
It's important to note that your FICO Score is calculated each time it's requested; either by you or a lender. And each time it's calculated it's taking into consideration the information that is on your credit report at that time. So, as the information on your credit report changes, your FICO score can also change.

You can find your next billing date by going to the My Subscriptions page within your Profile Settings. It's listed under "Next Payment".
Credit Report Errors
If you find errors on your credit report and want to fix or dispute them, please contact the credit bureau which produced the report:

1. Your account was locked following incorrect answers to the identity verification (authentication) questions.
If this occurred, please call myFICO Customer Care at 1-877-220-1541 (Monday -Friday 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM (PT) or Saturday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PT)). Tell the representative you would like to unlock your account.
2. Your account became locked during some other step of the ordering process.
To unlock your account, please contact us by phone at 1-800-319-4433 (Monday -Friday 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM (PT) or Saturday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PT)) or by clicking on Email Us below.
