How do I turn off 2-Step Verification?

We encourage you not to turn off 2-Step Verification. It provides an added layer of security to your account, designed to verify that you are the one logging in to it. If you want to turn it off, here are the steps:

To turn off 2-Step Verification on the web:

1. Go to your Profile page
2. Scroll down to Login & Security
3. Select "Turn Off" under 2-Step Verification
4. Re-enter your password to turn off the setting

To turn off 2-Step Verification on the mobile apps:

1. Go to the More menu
2. Select "Settings"
3. Select "Password & Security"
4. Switch off 2-Step Verification under "Additional Security"
5. Re-enter your password to turn off the setting

Note: When you turn off 2-Step Verification, all of your “remembered” browsers will be deleted.
